Postal

1. Our default postal is Airmail (uninsured). We deliver to any destination on Earth as long as you have an address and a postbox.

2. Postage cost for Fabrics via Airmail:

In Great Britain Pound:
First half yard (HY) = 3.40 pounds
2 to 25 HY = 1.60 pounds for each HY
26 HY onwards = 1.20 pounds for each HY

In US dollar:
First half yard (HY) = USD 5.75
2 to 25 HY = USD 2.70 for each HY
26 HY onwards = USD 2.02 for each HY

In Euro:
First half yard (HY) = 4.05 Euros
2 to 25 HY = 1.90 Euro for each HY
26 HY onwards = 1.42 Euro for each HY

3. Postage cost for Accessories via Airmail:

In Great Britain Pound:
First item = 2.20 pounds
2nd item onwards = 0.40 pound for each item

In US Dollar:
First item = USD 3.72
2nd item onwards = USD 0.67 for each item

In Euro:
First item = 2.62 Euros
2nd item onwards = 0.47 Euro for each item

4. Insurance (Japan EMS with tracking number) is optional at an extra GBP 5.50 pounds/ USD 9.30 / 6.55 Euros.

5. Parcel will be delivered within three(3) working days after the payment is completed, unless we notify you of our delay (public holidays, personal agendas, etc).

6. Parcel will only be posted once payment is cleared/ completed. Customers paying by eCheck or any form of online payment which requires a duration of time to clear will have to wait until the payment is cleared/ completed and has been transferred to our Paypal account. We will mail you once we receive such pending payments to let you know of the extra delay but we expect our customers to be aware of this, so please double check when making your payment.

8. Once your parcel has been delivered to the post office, an e-mail of delivery confirmation will be sent to your given e-mail address. Alternatively, you can log in to your nuno.plus account and check the status of your transaction (whether it is pending, processing or delivered).

8. From then on, delivery via Airmail will take five(5) to ten(10) working days, depending on the distance of your country and your country's delivery policies. EMS will be one(1) to three(3) days faster and you will be able to track your parcel via a tracking code that we will provide you.

9. Since EMS is insured, we can reimburse you (excluding shipping cost) should your parcel goes missing during delivery.

10. We will not be held responsible for Airmail packages lost during delivery.

11. We will not be held responsible if customer has written an incomplete or wrong address for postage, and any claims thereafter will not be entertained.

12. We will not be held responsible for any custom tax that might incur on your parcel.

Packaging

1. We take extra care to make sure that your products are well protected during the delivery transaction.

i) Fabrics and accessories will be sealed in a plastic sheet and inserted into a padded envelope.
ii) Books will be protected with corrugated boards and inserted into a padded envelope.

2. For larger orders/ products which will not fit in a padded envelope, the products will be:

i) bubble-wrapped and placed in a large water-proof envelope, or
ii) bubbled-wrapped and placed in a corrugated box.
