About Our fabrics

A. Standard width of 110 cm/ 43.30 inches.

B. Priced per half yard (50 cm x 110 cm/ 19.60 inches x 43.40 inches).

C. Uncut length for multiple purchases for the same fabric.

*Note: Some of our fabrics (especially Designer fabrics) are pre-cut and does not come in a roll/ bolt format. Please always read the product descriptions before deciding on your purchase.

Terms & Conditions

1. We will allow the use of our photos in personal website/ blog in an appropriate and site-related manner, provided that credit is given to us.

2. We will allow personal website/ blog to link us, provided that it is in an appropriate and site-related manner.

3. We reserve the right to terminate any dealings/ correspondence with any of our buyers who has been deemed abusive, suspicious transactions, bad credits, malicious claims and no common sense.

4. We reserve the right to postpone/ suspend the dispatchment of our customer's parcel should any suspicion in the manner of the payment arises until the issue is resolved.

5. The price of our products and postage costs are subjected to change without prior notice.

Payment

1. We accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards. Your credit card details will be processed at Paypal's secured encrypted server. We do not hold your financial details and we will never take money from your bank account directly without your permission.

2. Chargebacks/ reverse payments are deemed an act of theft and the associated buyer will be blacklisted and legal actions to recover the funds will be initiated, unless full reimbursement is made at an agreed period. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account, even if you are paying by credit card.

3. Buyer pays for the postage charges of the products that they are purchasing.

Refund

1. We do not offer refund as all purchases are absolute, unless we ran out of stock and customer opted for a refund rather than an exchange.

2. Error/ mistake in product purchase constitutes as the buyer's negligence and no refunds will be given. However, we will allow product exchanges provided that the products desired are still available. If the total product(s) desired in exchange is/are of a higher value than the amount paid, the buyer will reimburse the outstanding amount.

Exchange/ Request Issue

1. To prevent fraud/ theft, if a buyer requests a product exchange or a change of postal address from an on-going order (payment is made but has not been notified of delivery by us), please note that we will only correspond to the e-mail address which:

i) the customer account was created in, and/or
ii) the Paypal payment was made from.
